Organised by the IFC-World Bank Group and Swiss confederation, under the auspices of the Directorate for Commodity Reserves rep. of Serbia in Belgrade there was held a conference about the work and organization of stockpiles in both Serbia and Slovakia, Slovenia, India, ... Remarkable presentation of business, housing and keeping stockpiles had gen.dir. of Makovica ad Slobodan Sekulic.

Cocktail rolls

 

Unleavened leafy pastry is a product which by regulations of a quality of grains, milling and bakery products, pasta and fast frozen dough (Official Gazette no. 52/95 and Og. SCG no. 56/2003. - dr. rule book and 4/2004. dr. rule book) belongs to a group of other kind of bakery products.  Cocktail rolls are finished baked product that does not require any surgery before eating during the sale. The product is in square shape with the size of 4cm x 4cm, height 4cm and a weight of 200gr. Color of the product is pretty ruddy with the smell that is characteristic for flour T-500 and butter. Leafs that are characteristic for leafy pastry are clearly visible at the intersection. Fine porous structure, many holes, sufficient filling. Cheese filling is in appropriate color, distributed equally in the product. Pleasant, typical taste and smell. Typical melting for this kind of product. Sesame is equally distributed and in appropriate color.
