Conference on the work and organization of stockpiles

Organised by the IFC-World Bank Group and Swiss confederation, under the auspices of the Directorate for Commodity Reserves rep. of Serbia in Belgrade there was held a conference about the work and organization of stockpiles in both Serbia and Slovakia, Slovenia, India, ... Remarkable presentation of business, housing and keeping stockpiles had gen.dir. of Makovica ad Slobodan Sekulic.

GREASY PASTRY

„Burek“ with cheese

 

Greasy  pastry is a product which is by regulations of a quality of grains, milling and bakery products, pasta and fast frozen dough (Official Gazette no. 52/95 and Og. SCG no. 56/2003. - Dr. Rule book and 4/2004. Dr. Rule book).  „Burek“  with cheese is in a round shape with a weight of  1 kg. Color of the product is shiny reddish. Crust is nicely baked and crispy.  „Burek“  with cheese is product that does not require any surgery before eating during the sale. Product is characterized by easy separation of mutual connected layers of baked dough among which are found layers of grease and cheese. Outer layers of finished product are hardest than the inner ones.  Cheese filling is in appropriate color, homogeneous  and distributed equally in the product. Pleasant, typical taste and smell.

Horseshoe with cheese

 

Greasy  pastry is a product which is by regulations of a quality of grains, milling and bakery products, pasta and fast frozen dough (Official Gazette no. 52/95 and Og. SCG no. 56/2003. - Dr. Rule book and 4/2004. Dr. Rule book).  Product is in a horseshoe  shape with a weight of  200 gr+. Color of the product is shiny reddish. Crust is nicely baked and crispy.  Horseshoe with cheese is product that does not require any surgery before eating during the sale. Product is characterized by easy separation of mutual connected layers of baked dough among which are found layers of grease and cheese. Outer layers of finished product are hardest than the inner ones. Cheese filling is in appropriate color, homogeneous  and distributed equally in the product. Pleasant, typical taste and smell.
