Organised by the IFC-World Bank Group and Swiss confederation, under the auspices of the Directorate for Commodity Reserves rep. of Serbia in Belgrade there was held a conference about the work and organization of stockpiles in both Serbia and Slovakia, Slovenia, India, ... Remarkable presentation of business, housing and keeping stockpiles had gen.dir. of Makovica ad Slobodan Sekulic.

Dark bun

 

 

The product is in a round shape, typical to its kind. Crust is thin, dark brown, baked good, smell is pleasant because of additional raw materials. Color of the middle is brown, connected to the crust without watery and lardy layers, free of lumps of flour and salt. The middle is elastic, well cooked with pleasant smell and taste, with balanced structure and rich with grains of other cereals. Product is characterized by high biologycal values and prolonged freshness.

The smell of the crust and middle is nice, typical for whole meal flour. Pleasant and distinctive taste. The product has a higher nutritional value because of the whole grain cereal . Product is characterized by prolonged freshness.

The middle of the product is elastic and little rough, well baked, with no watery and lardy layers, free of lumps of flour and salt. The product is characterized by high nutricious values and long freshness.

 

Roll with bran - couple

 

The product is in roll shape, typical to its kind, dark ruddy and very aromatic crust. Crus is nicely baked, flavor  and aroma are pleasing with the visible particles of bran in the middle and on the surface of the crust. The middle of the product is elastic and little rough, well baked, with no watery and lardy layers, free of lumps of flour and salt. The product is characterized by high nutricious values and long freshness.

 

Rye roll

 

The product is in shape typical to its kind, with dark ruddy color. Nicely baked crust, crispy. Color of the middle is well balanced, the middle is connected to the crust without watery and lardy layers, free of lumps of flour and salt. The middle is elastic, well cooked and porous with the appropriate holes and has no separate crust from the middle. Smell and taste of the crust and the middle of the pastry is nice and typical for rye flour.  The product retains the freshness and is characterized by increased nutritional value because of the high content of carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and vitamin B. Product  is characterized by high biological value and prolonged freshness. Recommended for people with diabetes.
